4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active registered Account on aladin99. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 aladin99 implements a mandatory KYC verification process prior to processing any withdrawal request. Players are required to submit a government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and may be required to submit proof of address and proof of payment method at aladin99's discretion.
4.4 Players are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. aladin99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login details. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to aladin99 support immediately.
4.5 Account sharing — the use of a single registered Account by more than one individual — is prohibited. Any activity carried out through a Player's Account is the sole responsibility of the registered Account holder.
5.1 aladin99 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and others), direct bank transfer, and USDT/cryptocurrency. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 All transactions on aladin99 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit crediting.
5.3 The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for most payment methods. aladin99 does not impose a maximum deposit limit, however Player banks, e-wallet providers, and cryptocurrency exchanges may impose their own transaction limits.
5.4 aladin99 processes withdrawal requests to verified accounts within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical availability. Withdrawals to new payment methods may require additional verification.
5.5 aladin99 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal and request additional documentation if a withdrawal triggers internal fraud, money laundering, or responsible gaming checks. aladin99 fully cooperates with relevant legal and regulatory authorities regarding suspicious transactions.
5.6 All funds deposited into aladin99 Accounts are held in segregated player fund accounts separate from aladin99's operating capital.
6.1 aladin99 offers various bonus types including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spin equivalents, VIP rewards, and seasonal festive promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are provided at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Where a Player's account balance consists of both Real Money and Bonus Funds, Real Money is wagered first unless the Player has explicitly opted into a promotion that specifies otherwise.
6.4 aladin99 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering to fulfil wagering requirements, the use of arbitrage betting strategies in conjunction with bonus funds, or the opening of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
6.5 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. aladin99 employs technical and operational measures to detect and prevent duplicate bonus claims.
6.6 aladin99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Promotions that have already been claimed and are mid-wagering will not be retroactively altered.
7.1 All games available on aladin99 utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. RNG certification is conducted by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, aladin99's server-side game logs shall be the authoritative record of game outcomes, bets placed, and balances. aladin99 will endeavour to resolve technical disputes using these logs within 5 business days.
7.3 aladin99 shall not be liable for any disruption to gameplay caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions on the Player's side, device failures, or actions by third-party network providers.
7.4 Any game outcome credited to a Player's account as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to software bugs producing clearly erroneous odds or game outcomes inconsistent with the game's mathematical model — may be voided by aladin99. Players are not entitled to retain winnings attributable to manifest errors.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aladin99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 All intellectual property on the aladin99 platform — including but not limited to the aladin99 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces provided under licence from game providers, and all content — is owned by or licenced to aladin99 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aladin99 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No other use is permitted without express written consent from aladin99.
9.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the aladin99 platform without prior written authorisation.

12.1 The aladin99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aladin99 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the continuous or error-free availability of the platform.
12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aladin99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the aladin99 platform, including gambling losses.
12.3 aladin99's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money balance held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit aladin99's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13.1 aladin99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a Player breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) aladin99 suspects fraudulent activity; (c) a Player fails KYC verification; or (d) aladin99 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
13.2 Upon termination of an Account for any reason other than fraud or terms breach, the Player's verified Real Money balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent payment method used, less any applicable processing fees, within 10 business days.
13.3 aladin99 shall not be liable to any Player for losses or inconvenience resulting from any account suspension or termination made in good faith pursuant to these Terms.
